for any clean installation of the hook, you must use the latest
available installer from version 1.13 and then overwrite the hook’s DLL file from that version with
the latest version of the DLL files I provide here (x86/x64).

The hook installer still necessary on clean installs, to create the required manifest files and
setup some registry settings that force Windows to load the hook DLL for the app. If you already
have it installed, then just update the hook DLL in the app folder.
